REVISED AND AMENDED ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS – 2021
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et. seq., the annual schedule of meetings for the Egg Harbor City Land Use Board for the remainder of the calendar year 2021 is hereby amended to notify the public that, beginning with the meeting to be held on August 17, 2021, all meetings will be held in person only at the Egg Harbor City Municipal Building, 500 London Avenue, Egg Harbor City, NJ. Remote or online access to attend any meeting, or to view copies of any application before the Board, and any maps and documents relating to any application before the Board, is no longer an available option to the public. The schedule of the meetings for the remainder of calendar year 2021 is as follows:

September 21, 2021
October 19, 2021
November 16, 2021
December 21, 2021
All meetings set forth above will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Copies of any application before the Board, and any maps and documents relating to any application before the Board, for each specific meeting may be inspected by the public on weekdays (except official holidays) during normal business hours at the Egg Harbor City Municipal Building, 500 London Avenue, Egg Harbor City, NJ.
Special Meetings may be scheduled at any time, provided notice of said meeting is properly advertised and complies with the provisions of Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 or the exceptions there under.
Formal action may be taken at all meetings.
