2021 Homestead Benefit Information
The NJ Homestead Benefit has been applied to the tax accounts of qualified property owners, and adjusted tax bills were mailed for the 2nd quarter 2021 taxes, due May 1st, 2021.
Property owners who have their taxes escrowed through their mortgage company or bank will receive an “advice copy” of this bill.
All banks and lenders have been advised of these billing adjustments.
The adjusted amounts are also available on our website in the “Pay Tax/Utility” feature.
