EGG HARBOR CITY LAND USE BOARD
ANNUAL SCHEDULE OF MEETINGS – 2021
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act, N.J.S.A.10:4-6, et. seq., the annual schedule of meetings for the Egg Harbor City Land Use Board for the calendar year 2021 shall be as follows:

All meetings set forth above will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Due to the ongoing public health crisis surrounding the COVID-19 coronavirus, and in accordance with certain executive orders issued by the Governor of the State of New Jersey, all meetings will be held by remote access only by video and audio means through the “Zoom” meeting application until further notice. At the time of each meeting, anyone from the public wishing to attend may do so remotely by accessing the video and audio of the meeting on the internet at https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85621695167 on a supportable desktop computer, laptop computer, tablet or other supportable device. The Meeting ID is 856 2169 5167. You may be required to download the “Zoom” meeting application at or prior to the time of a particular meeting. Anyone from the public may also attend the meeting by accessing only the audio of the meeting by telephone by calling 1-929-205-6099 and entering Meeting ID: 856 2169 5167.
The login and telephone dial-in information and instructions for attendance via video or by telephone, as well as any other special information or requirements for a specific meeting, will be made available no less than 48 hours in advance of each meeting on the municipal website at http://www.eggharborcity.org/category/planning-board/. This information and these instructions may also be obtained for a specific meeting by contacting Donna Heffley, Board Secretary, during regular business hours at (609) 965-1616, or by email at donnah@eggharborcity.org.
The meeting agendas will be available not less than 48 hours in advance of each specific meeting at the aforementioned municipal website address or by request to Donna Heffley, Board Secretary, during regular business hours at (609) 965-1616, or by email at donnah@eggharborcity.org. The agenda for each specific meeting will additionally be posted as required by the Open Public Meetings Act.
In addition, copies of any application before the Board, and any maps and documents relating to any application before the Board, for each specific meeting may be found at the aforementioned municipal website.
Special Meetings may be scheduled at any time, provided notice of said meeting is properly advertised and complies with the provisions of Public Law 1975, Chapter 231 or the exceptions there under.
Formal action may be taken at all meetings.
