Atlantic County Arts Grants Available

Atlantic County Awarded More than $76,000 for Local Arts Programs
The Atlantic County Office of Cultural and Heritage Affairs has been awarded state funding in the amount of $76,327 to support local non-profit arts organizations.

The award from the New Jersey State Council on the Arts will help provide Atlantic County residents with access to quality arts experiences within their communities and promote the importance of the arts to quality of life.

Organizations that are interested in applying for funding may do so by submitting grant proposals by September 9, 2015. Guidelines and the application for grant funding are available online at www.aclink.org/culturalaffairs.

Priority for arts funding will be given to programs that promote arts education and life-long learning; increased accessibility to the arts; commissioning new work; and opportunities for New Jersey artists.
