ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
RE-ORGANIZATION
January 22, 2013
7:00pm

The regular meeting of the Egg Harbor City Zoning Board of Adjustment was held on January 22, 2013 at 7:00pm with Chairman Robert Guerrieri presiding. Members in attendance were Vice Chairman Todd Warker, Regular Members Frank Fetterolf, Donald Milne, Kristin DeClementi, Michael McKenna, Alternate #2 John Garth, Solicitor Richard Carlucci, City Engineer Ryan McGowan and Secretary Donna Heffley. (Not present Regular Member Faye Goble, Alternate #1 George Mauroff, and City Planner Timothy Michel.

Roll Call: Mr. Fetterolf yes, Mr. Milne yes, Mrs. DeClementi yes, Mr. Warker yes, Mr. McKenna yes, Mrs. Goble no, Mr. Garth yes, Mr. Mauroff no, Mr. Guerrieri yes, Mr. Carlucci yes, Mr. Michel no, Mr. McGowan yes and Secretary Donna Heffley yes.

Chairman Robert Guerrieri called the meeting to order and made the following announcement:

In compliance with the “Open Meeting Act” of the State of New Jersey, adequate notice of this meeting of the Zoning Board of Adjustment for the City of Egg Harbor was provided in the following manner:

A. Advance written notice was posted on the Bulletin Board in Egg Harbor City’s Municipal Complex.
B. Advance written notice was mailed to the Egg Harbor News, Hammonton, NJ the Atlantic City Press in Pleasantville, NJ and the Atlantic Current.

Chairman Guerrieri stated: “I Direct the Secretary to enter this public announcement into the minutes.”

Re-Organization:

1. Oath of Members: The following members were sworn into office by Solicitor
Richard Carlucci
Regular Member Todd Warker
Regular Member Frank Fetterolf
Regular Member Donald Milne

2. Appointment of Board Officers:
The following appointments for the positions of Chairman and Vice Chairman
were made for the calendar year 2013:

A. Chairman – Robert Guerrieri
B. Vice Chairman – Todd Warker

Upon a motion made by Mr. Warker, seconded by Mr. Fetterolf and carried Robert Guerrieri was appointed Chairman of the Egg Harbor City Zoning Board.

Upon a motion made by Mr. McKenna, seconded by Mr. Fetterolf and carried Todd Warker was appointed Vice Chairman of the Egg Harbor City Zoning Board.

3. 2013 Zoning Board Meeting Dates:
Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClementi, seconded by Mr. McKenna and carried
the 2013 Egg Harbor City Zoning Board Meeting Dates were approved.

The 2013 Meeting Dates are: January 22, 2013
February 26, 2013
March 26, 2013
April 23, 2013
May 28, 2013
June 25, 2013
July 23, 2013
August 27, 2013
September 24, 2013
October 22, 2013
November 26, 2013

4. Newspaper Ads:
Upon a motion made by Mr. Fetterolf, seconded by Mrs. DeClementi and carried
the Press of Atlantic City, the Egg Harbor City News and the Atlantic Current
were designated recipients of meeting notices for 2013.

5. Appointments:
A. Solicitor
Upon a motion made by Mr. Fetterolf, seconded by Mr. Warker and
carried Richard Carlucci was appointed as the Solicitor for the Egg
Harbor City Zoning Board.

B. Planner:
Upon a motion made by Mr. Garth, seconded by Mr. McKenna and
carried Timothy Michel was appointed as the City Planner for the Egg
Harbor City Zoning Board.

C. Engineer
Upon a motion made by Mr. Fetterolf, seconded by Mr. McKenna and
carried Remington, Vernick and Walberg were appointed as Planning
Board Engineers.

D. Secretary
Upon a motion made by Mr. Milne, seconded by Mr. Warker and carried
Donna Heffley was appointed as the Secretary to the Egg Harbor City
Zoning Board.

6. Approval of Minutes: October 23, 2012
Upon a motion made by Mrs. DeClementi, seconded by Mr. Warker and carried
the October 23, 2012 Meeting minutes were approved.

7. Approval of Resolutions – none

8. New Business – Mrs. DeClementi and other Board Members expressed their concerns on the Article in Sundays Atlantic City Press pertaining to The new homes at Cedar Creek.

9. Old Business – none

10. Public Comments – none

11. Adjournment
Upon motion made by Mr. Warker, seconded by Mr. Fetterolf and carried the
January 22, 2013 meeting was adjourned.
