REFUND POLICY

No refunds for either wristbands or tables will be given due to inclement weather, even if swimmers are required to leave the water.

No refunds or replacements will be given for lost or stolen wristbands or badges. New badges purchased as replacements will be charged at the current fee, regardless of when the original was purchased.

No refunds will be given for table reservations.  If you cannot keep a  reservation due to emergency, illness, etc, the reservation may be honored on another date if tables are available (excluding Memorial Day, July 4^th, or Labor Day).  You must contact the Tax/Utility Office (M-F 9am to 4pm) at 609-965-0123 as soon as possible to arrange for an alternate date.
