The NAACP Mainland/Pleasantville Branch and the City of Egg Harbor will hold a Town Hall Meeting with members from local and county law enforcement on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 10 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. at the Egg Harbor City Municipal Complex at 500 London Avenue. Panelists include James McClain Atlantic County Prosecutors office, the NAACP Mainland/Pleasantville Branch, Frank Balles Atlantic County Sheriff, Perry Mays SAFE Committee, John McColgan Egg Harbor City Police Chief, Pastor Andrew Dixon Christ Wesleyan Church, and moderator Kaleem Shabazz. The purpose is to discuss the nation-wide public concern regarding issues of police sensitivity, interaction with law enforcement, and civil rights. For further information call 965-8100.
