Additional requirements:
- Certificate of Insurance, miniumum coverage
of $1 million.
- Supply of own port-a-potties
- Police detailed services if renting Lincoln Park (minimum,
one officer) approved number for Public Safety Director.
- Number of people and adequate parking to be discussed and
approved by the Director of Public Safety.
