NOTICE TO BIDDERS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sealed bids will be received by the City Clerk, for the City of Egg Harbor City, County of Atlantic, State of New Jersey on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 10 am prevailing time at the Municipal Court Room in City Hall at 500 London Avenue, Egg Harbor City, NJ 08215 at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for:

Emergency Road & Water & Sewer System Repairs

Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the Clerk’s Office in City Hall during regular business hours.  The Clerk’s office can be reached at 609-965-0081.

Bids must be made on the proposal form provided or an exact duplicate in the manner designated therein and required by the specifications. Bid proposals not submitted on the proposal forms provided will be subject to rejection.

Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words “Sealed Bid for:
Emergency Road & Water & Sewer System Repairs

and addressed to the Clerk’s Office, 500 London Avenue, Egg Harbor City, New Jersey 08215, and may be received through the mail or presented in person. Bids may be received before the hour designated in this notice if they are properly marked and delivered to the designated local official.

Bidders are required to comply with the affirmative action requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq.

The City reserves the right to award tie or equal bids at its discretion.
