Comcast Rate Notice

As part of our commitment to provide customers with the best entertainment and communications experience, we continue to invest in next-generation technology to support new product features, more programming choices and improvements to customer service. As a result of these investments, combined with the increased cost of doing business and rising programming costs, we periodically need to adjust prices.

Starting January 1, 2012, new prices will apply to certain video services and equipment as indicated in the attached customer notice. For customers currently receiving services on a promotional basis, under a minimum term agreement associated with a specific rate, or in the guaranteed period of one of our SurePriceā„¢ plans, the prices for those specific services will not be affected during the applicable promotion, minimum term or SurePriceā„¢ period. In addition, there will be no adjustment to our Digital Economy video tier of service.

Should you receive inquiries from residents about these price adjustments, our Customer Care employees are available at 1-800-XFINITY to help them find the level of service that meets their needs. Many of our packages offer exceptional value and can give customers more of what they want.
